Water & Sewer Information 

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS: Sewer and water line service interruptions may be required at times in the area adjacent to the work.  Notice of planned interruptions will be given up to two weeks in advance when possible, followed by a required 48-hour advanced notice with specific dates/times
of interruptions.

The City has updates regarding water and sewer improvements being done as part of the Main Street project. Use the links below to learn more about water work updates in May, changes to the Ravine Sewer, and to read the letter that the City’s Water Resources team has sent to water/sewer customers being directly impacted by the project.

Upcoming Water Interruption

Upcoming Water Service Interruptions planned for one day along Church
and King Streets during the Week of 4/29*
 
(*Date subject to change. Final date/time frame to be confirmed)

The water impact will be sometime between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. for a duration of approximately 8 hours and will occur along Church Street between Maple and King Street and will affect some customers on Church, Maple and King Streets. Affected properties have been notified.

Notice of specific date will be issued at least 48 hours in advance of the
planned interruption.

Deliveries, Trash & Recycling

Arrangements are being made with trash/recycling companies to ensure that regular service is not disrupted. 

Deliveries will be accommodated and delivery services will not be interrupted. If possible, please contact us with delivery companies and dates/times of any regularly scheduled deliveries to help assist with this process.

Monday – Friday

Spring:     7am – 6pm
Summer:  7am –9pm

Saturday work may be required and permitted at times. Night work generally not permitted, except in extenuating circumstances.
